Synopsis 

Jake Dobson is your typical nerd; works at the Near-Mint Rhino comic-book store in San Francisco. But when he finds a lost cell phone, he's horrified to discover it's full of snapshots of a murder victim. 

Suddenly he finds himself hunted by a vengeful hitman who wants his phone back... and Jake in a body bag! And then things start to get *really* complicated...

Reactions 

A great surprise, quite dark with a good the plot. 

I was particularly amazed by the twists, suspense and variety of scenes. This comic is fast pace, very well done, with an intense, sanguinolent plot that keeps the reader in suspense. 

Generally, one expects to find beautiful illustrations that sometimes may cannibalize the action. There, I had the impression that I was in a manga because of the black and white vignettes. 

The illustrations compliment beautifully the action and make it even darker. 

A great comic!

Mais quand il trouve un téléphone portable par terre, il est horrifié de découvrir qu'il est plein de clichés d'une victime assassinée. 

Soudain, il se retrouve traqué par un tueur à gage, ayant des envies de vengeance, qui veut récupérer son téléphone... et mettre Jake entre quatre planches! Et puis les choses commencent à "vraiment" se compliquer...

Impressions 
Surprenant, assez noir, j'ai bien aimé l'intrigue.

J'ai été particulièrement étonnée par les rebondissements, le suspense et la diversité des scènes. 

Ce comic est très bien réalisé avec une intrigue intense, sanguinolante qui maintient le lecteur en haleine. 

Généralement, on s'attend à trouver de belles illustrations qui peuvent cannibaliser l'action. Là, j'ai eu l'impression de me trouver dans un manga à cause du noir et blanc. Et j'ai aimé le graphisme des illustrations qui vient complimenter l'action et la rendre encore plus noire.

Une belle découverte et une belle réussite à mon goût.
